Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
To request a refund or exchange, email plantmorepoles@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
At plant more poles, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, let us know—we’ll repair or replace it as needed. Contact us at plantmorepoles@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
